Our Ministries
Over 150 years of ministry, and still creating new ways to connect and grow in Christ.
At Manchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church, ministry is how we live out our faith together. Whether you’re a child, a teen, a parent, or a senior adult, there’s a place for you to learn, grow, and serve. We believe that spiritual growth happens best in community, and we’re committed to creating spaces where people of all ages feel welcome, supported, and encouraged in their walk with Christ.
Children’s Ministries
Camping Program
Our church is part of Tennessee Synod which owns a beautiful, 39 acre, ACA-accredited campground about 10 miles east of Fayetteville, TN off Highway 64. The children and youth of our church regularly enjoy a week of camping in the summer. Crystal Springs Camp is the perfect setting to foster many lasting friendships with other children and youth from across Middle Tennessee as well as grow in their faith and their relationship with God.
W.O.W. (Word on Wednesdays) After School
Our midweek after-school program, open to Pre-K through High School students, offers a safe and engaging environment for kids to learn about God, enjoy fellowship, and have fun.
- Meets Wednesdays from 3:15 to 6:30 PM
- Runs in two 12-week semesters (January–April & August–November)
Vacation Bible School
Each summer, we host a fun-filled, Christ-centered week of Vacation Bible School that brings the youth of our church family together to share the Gospel and
learn about Jesus.
- Open to children ages 6 – 12
- Includes music, crafts, Bible lessons, and games
- A joyful summer tradition at Manchester CPC
Adult Ministries
Cumberland Presbyterian Women’s Ministry (CPWM)
Women of all ages gather on the first Saturday of each month at 11:00 AM to encourage one another, grow in God’s Word, and support missions through prayer and service.
Regional Ministry
Our Regional Ministry meets twice a year, bringing together adults from across the area for special gatherings focused on fellowship, worship, and spiritual growth.
Choir
The choir is a special part of our church’s worship life. Open to all members who love to sing, the choir practices on Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM and sings regularly during services throughout the year.
